$25 Million Grant Aims to Boost Achievement for Low-Income, Minority Students Around Oregon

On April 23, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Meyer Memorial Trust made a five-year commitment of $25 million to improve education options for traditionally underserved students by creating new, results-oriented, smaller school environments. Employers for Education Excellence (E3) has been selected to lead the effort.
