Track Performance of State Agencies From Your Computer (6/10/04)The Oregon Progress Board has posted the performance reports of Oregon state agencies online. With one click you can view how each agency is progressing on its mission and key work. Governor Theodore Kulongoski said the availability of the reports on-line is "another important step in improving performance and accountability in state government." In this first year of reporting, thirty of the larger state agencies were required to report on their success in achieving specific performance targets established by the legislature. Forty-three others were required to provide a general overview of their successes and challenges without addressing their specific targets. In 2005, all agencies will be required to report on specific performance targets. View the performance reports at the Oregon Progress Board's website. Each state agency website also has a link to its performance measure report.
