Revised 'Competitive Index' Now Available
The 2004
Competitive Index, a joint project of the Oregon Business Plan
and Oregon Progress Board, provides indicators of Oregon's competitiveness
measured in four sections: Pioneering Innovation, People, Place, and
Productivity (the 4Ps).

has been revised to correct some errors, and if you received a hardcopy at
the Summit, please disregard tables 13 and 17. If you have suggestions for
