Progress Board Releases 2003 "Performance Report"

Using analysis of 90 indicators of Oregon's well-being, the Oregon Progress Board unveiled its 2003 Benchmark Performance Report on March 16.  The report takes a broad look at the state's progress on important social, economic, and environmental issues during the last 10 years.  In 2002, the Progress Board partnered with the Oregon Business Plan Steering Committee to provide benchmark data on the "Four Ps" framework for the Oregon Business Plan.
