Leadership Summit Update Held in SalemIn December 2002, business, community, and elected leaders came together at the Economic Leadership Summit to help form a common agenda to move Oregon's economy forward. On May 27, 2003, over 350 business and political leaders (including Senator Ron Wyden, Governor Ted Kulongoski, State Senate President Peter Courtney, and State House Speaker Karen Minnis) reconvened at Willamette University to assess progress on the Oregon Business Plan and outline next steps on the Plan's initiatives.
